About me
From the moment I first stepped into a ballet studio at the age of four, I fell in love with movement — the poetry of the body, the quiet discipline, the endless search for grace. Ballet became my world, my passion, my way of expressing the inexpressible. After years of devotion and perseverance, I fulfilled my dream and became a ballerina. But life, in its mysterious wisdom, asked me to pause. A struggle with my lungs and the physical demands of the stage brought my dance career to an early close. My body, once my instrument of freedom, became my teacher in a new way — guiding me towards healing, stillness, and gentleness. It was through Yoga that I found my way home to myself. Yoga offered me a safe haven — a place where breath and movement merged into quiet medicine. It taught me to listen deeply, to move with compassion, and to rediscover strength not through effort, but through surrender. This healing journey inspired me to share what had transformed me. I trained as a Yoga teacher, and my curiosity led me further — into the power of the breath. In my ongoing exploration of how breath nurtures vitality and restores balance, I became certified in the as a Oxygen Advantage Advanced instructor and Transformational Breathwork coach with Beachmasters. I studied with the Academy of Healing Nutrition, deepening my understanding of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I'm also a massage therapist . Today, I weave together the wisdom of movement, breath, and holistic nutrition to help others toward radiant health and inner harmony. I live in Ivybridge, Devon, where I teach Yoga, Ballet, Meditation, and Breathwork — both in my home studio and at McCauley’s Gym. I also offer online sessions, connecting with students across the world who seek to breathe deeper, move freer, and live with more presence and grace.
